Having been coordinators for many projects over the years, and due to increased demand for our services, we decided to form Kiya Algarve in 2017 with the purpose of formally bringing together expert teams who have been working with each other for many years. Anyone who is building or refurbishing their home always wants to have a certain amount of control.
With Kiya Algarve you have this. We do the background work for you by finding a selection of suitable builders, architects and all contractors required for your project, and you make the final decision on who you wish to do the work. From then on, while we are happy to advise you, the decision is ultimately yours. Once you have chosen all the required contractors, we then take over the day to day running of the project with complete transparency which we find to be the most productive way of working.

When all of the building work is complete and the team of cleaners have been in to ensure that the property is in pristine condition we will start to look at the interiors. Tiles, bathroom and kitchen suites along with fixtures and fittings are installed as part of the building work and then soft furnishings and decoration will be selected once we've discussed your preferred colour schemes and decoration needs. We have a team of kitchen and bathroom suppliers as well as interior designers with whom we work and again we would introduce you to the ones we feel meet your needs before you choose who you wish to use.
